    Warrior Boy - Look Development

    This project was a result of me taking my ZBrush sculpt and texturing it. With hand-painted base colors and normals, I was able to achieve a stylized look that closely integrated my illustrative work with my technical work. Responsible for every aspect of creation; done in Maya, XGen, ZBrush and Substance Painter.

    Deer Boy - XGen Look Development

    Large XGen groom on a basic head model. Responsible for sculpting the antlers, modeling the ears and jewelry, texturing the entire model, grooming the hair in XGen and lighting the scene. Done in Maya, XGen, Substance Painter, and Nomad Sculpt.

    Littol Lamb - XGen Look Development

    Small XGen groom on a plush dragon. Responsible for the creation and grooming of the wool and fur, texturing, and lighting of the scene. Done in Maya, XGen and Substance Painter.

    Character blockout, anatomy, and clothing sculpted in ZBrush, retopology done in Maya. This character is based off of concept art illustrated by a separate artist (cannot find artist).

    A group of teenagers enjoy drinking and camping out near the Amazon Rainforest until things take a dark and unnatural turn. Animated in Unreal Engine 5.

    For this final assignment, we were to animate a chase scene. I animated a clumsy bandit being chased through a city, who once he believes he has gotten away, only gets himself caught.

    For my animation intro class, we were to take any TV show or movie we chose and model, rig and animate the characters in a puppet-like style, along with modeling our own backgrounds. Here, I chose to remake an iconic scene from Nacho Libre.
